Win-Some Bible Camp – Camp and COVID 2021 (6-28-21)
Dear Camp Families and Potential Camp Families,
We are excited to invite campers back to Win-Some
Bible Camp this summer. We missed our
camp family and can’t wait to see everyone!
How is camp going to operate in light of COVID-19?
As of today, June 28, 2021 this is how we plan to operate.
Check-In: It is possible when you arrive at camp, you
will be asked to check-in before you leave your vehicle so that we can do a health assessment before possible exposure to any illness.
Health
assessments:
Each camper may need to complete a brief health questionnaire and
temperature check upon arrival. If
campers show signs of illness, or have been around people who have been ill,
they will be asked to not attend camp.
If the camper feels ill or has been around people who have been ill and
you decide to keep your camper home, please let the director know by opening
day of their camp by either emailing winsomebc@gmail.com
or calling the director on the burner phone 641-215-6768. The camp fee is refundable except
for $5 processing charge.
Cleaning
Procedures:
High touch areas will be cleaned frequently. Handwashing and use of hand sanitizers will be
done frequently throughout the day.
Masks: Masks will not be required.
Exhibiting
symptoms while at camp: If a camper shows multiple symptoms
and/or runs a fever while at camp, the parent/guardian will be called and
expected to pick up the camper as soon as possible. The camper will be kept separate from the
rest of the campers until the parent/guardian arrives.
